Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be accommodated. You can return your order for a refund after delivery.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 10–20 business days. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. For credit/debit card refunds, please check with your bank for the exact posting time.
